Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity on your account.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to availability. CartPay reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if a pricing error, product-availability issue, or suspected fraud is detected. In the event of a cancellation, any charge will be refunded in full.

Merchant of record

CartPay, Inc. is the merchant of record for all orders. Your card statement will show a CartPay descriptor.

Product descriptions

CartPay makes reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Actual product colors and dimensions may vary slightly from photos on your screen.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use CartPay for resale to third parties, to interfere with the site's operation, or to violate any applicable law.

Limitation of liability

CartPay's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. CartPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

CartPay may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
