You have 30 days from delivery to return most items.

Return window

Most items purchased on CartPay can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Condition requirements

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, or unassembled (unless the product arrived defective)
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and components
  • Free of signs of damage caused after delivery

How to start a return

Contact support@cartpay.example with your order number to request a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food-storage silicone bags, opened drinkware, and clearance-marked items cannot be returned. This is noted on individual product pages where applicable.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace the item at no cost.
