CartPay Plus membership terms

1. Optional membership

CartPay Plus is entirely optional. You can browse, checkout, and place orders on CartPay as a guest without any membership.

2. Price and billing

• Price: $9.99 USD per month.
• Billing cadence: Monthly, on the same calendar date each month.
• First charge: Immediately upon enrollment. There is no free trial period.
• Payment method: The card you provide at enrollment. You can update it anytime in your account.

3. Automatic renewal

Your membership automatically renews each month at $9.99 until you cancel. You will receive an email each month when the charge is processed.

4. Benefits

• Free 2-day shipping on eligible orders in the contiguous US
• Member pricing on the CartPay catalog
• Early access to new arrivals
• Occasional members-only offers
• 2% reward points on eligible orders, redeemable on future CartPay purchases
• Priority customer support during business hours

Benefits apply only while your membership is active.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel CartPay Plus at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@cartpay.example. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

Monthly membership charges are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep member benefits through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

7. Changes

If we change the price or benefits, we will notify active members by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
