How to cancel an order or membership.

Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they enter the "shipped" status. To cancel:
- Sign in to your account and open your order
- Or email support@cartpay.example with your order number
Once an order has shipped, please follow the returns process instead.
Cancelling CartPay Plus
CartPay Plus can be cancelled at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.
- Sign in to your account and open Membership settings, or
- Email support@cartpay.example
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep member benefits until then. You will not be billed again after cancellation.
Refunds on membership
Monthly membership charges are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again once you cancel. If you were charged after cancelling, contact support and we will refund the disputed month.
