Shipping policy

How CartPay orders are shipped and how long they take.

Where we ship

CartPay currently ships within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping options and costs

  • Standard shipping: $6.99 flat rate. Arrives in 3–5 business days after the order ships.
  • CartPay Plus 2-day shipping: Free on eligible orders for active CartPay Plus members.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Carriers

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on order size, destination, and shipping speed. The carrier is chosen automatically.

Delayed or missing packages

If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days, please contact support@cartpay.example and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address changes

Address changes are only possible before your order enters the "shipped" status. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to update an address.
